At Creekwood we strive to enrich our residents lives through a great activity program and a loving staff. We pride ourselves on communicating with family and residents’ physicians whenever the need arrises.

We have private and semi-private rooms available with bathroom access. Some rooms have patio doors with access to our beautiful grounds and gazebo.

We are licensed by the State of California for ambulatory and non-ambulatory residents with a wide range of needs. Our centralized floor plan and attentive staff allows us to provide close supervision to our residents with special needs or at risk for falls.
